The main field is built on a aubergine ground with an over all lattice, which forms a octagonal pattern. The lattice is drawn from blue zig-zag lines, they cross in rectangular boxes which content one single multicoloured Algam motif. The octagons content all the same coloured Memling Göl which include a blue – aubergine diamond.
Main border is composed from a Ovadan Gyra. It differs in design from “usual” type by replace the palmette with half of a Barga-tak (typical Baluch-leave). Flanked is the Ovadan Gyra from a striking white – aubergine Algam border.
Both ends are made from a short plane weave stripe.
A goat hair wrapped Shirasi built the sides of this rug.
The rug is in very good condition.
