Present bigger rug contends on a red ground three incredibly and imposing vertically drawn stripes of the Ovadan Gyra, usually to be find as a border motive. The Ovadan stripes are separated from each other through lines built from alternating white and brown Tengedschik. Between the Ovadan stripes and the main border are stripes with a Zick-Zack line interrupted with points and Tengedschiks.
Main and secondary border lie on a brown ground. A diamond motive (Ashik or Odschalik?), forms alternating as a whole or in white coloured and outwardly folded halves the main border. It is flanked on both sides by a well drawn Algam as a second border.
Upper and lower end are made from typical plainweave (Kelim) which are on this rug complete.
The sides were made as Shirasi which are compactly grasped with goat hair.
The carpet is in very good condition.
