On a purple-red main field Schelpes, which include each a Meder star, build, because of its different colouration, diagonal rows from upper right to lower left. Most of Baluch rugs have diagonal rows in this composition.
Main border is designed with the Kirk-Kotschak motive and has on each side four symmetric allocated additional borders. A small Sarchalak border has very small (diagonal) Gyjak on both sides following from a Algam border on its outer side.
The main filed and main border composition are each surrounded from an additional border. For main field is is a (arrow) Gyjak and for the borders it is band of flowering rosettes flanked from very small (diagonal) Gyjak borders.
Both small ends, nearly not reduces, are made from plane weave stripes in the base coulours of this rug, finished with a small special stripe made in “floating weft” technique.
A small goat hair wrapped Shirasi built the sides of this rug.
All colours are natural, brown coloured wool is oxidized.
Condition of this rug this in very good.
